«Good care means:» – this is the new national campaign from Spitex Switzerland and at the same time that from Spitex Canton of Bern. The focus is on recruiting skilled workers, learners, career changers and those returning to work. Colorful motifs draw attention to the exciting work at Spitex. The nursing profession at clients' homes offers a wide range of professional activities and a lot of variety. With the new campaign, Spitex Switzerland and Spitex Canton Bern want to specifically draw attention to this versatility and professional experience as well as the opportunities for development.With the new campaign, Spitex Switzerland is consciously setting an example. «We decided on a striking, fresh and quite humorous appearance,» says Marianne Pfister, co-managing director of Spitex Switzerland.

The Spitex Switzerland campaign was launched at the beginning of March 2024 and will be used for the next five years. Around 400 Spitex organizations throughout Switzerland will use the various campaign subjects and videos depending on the situation. The focus is on the central themes of «expertise», «variety», «flexibility», «trust», «innovation» and «proximity». The Spitex Canton Bern campaign also focuses on recruitment and the importance of Spitex in the holistic care system. It is based on four separate subjects on the topics of «support», «versatile», «strengths» and «everywhere for everyone».
